Pear you seem to be quite anal about this suspension. I don't see any other way of doing it. Discussions with several parties could take several twists and turns amongst those involved, just the way it is. Hopefully it's an auction. It's pretty clear it's not a CR, so to ask for a suspension whilst they bash each other up is to be expected. I'll be very disappointed and surprised if it's a rights issue. I'm happy to sit back and let things take as long as they need to get the best deal. This could easily extend longer than next week, But I'd hope to get a few clues as to whats happening pretty soon.
