    Henderson ( MEL CEO ) should get hold of a good USA lawyer
    who has been through all this before. Josh Fox was getting increased publicity until an oil representative showed a film of a kitchen fawcett.

    This film was taken 20 odd years before...yes BEFORE!!! fraccing was ever invented.

    A good experienced lawyer is required.
