tui, thank you for your reply and input. Unfortunately, the wheels can run slowly in the court system. I do note one Mel shareholder posted on HC that Peter Henderson should take our case straight to the Supreme Court. Maybe he will. Time is of the essence here (one glance at the SP denotes that) so, pressure from shareholders on the Premier is a good start. We can't be shot for trying to protect our interests and the long term economiic viability NSW. I would like to read Bon Swar's thoughts in addition to Stumpytrunks and Buddy. I have just fired off a few emails to politicians. expressing my disgust at Government's spineless behavior.Will be interesting to look in my inbox over the next few days. I won't be holding my breath !
