I gotta say... I admire the patience being demonstrated in the forum over the current state of affairs for this company.
Separately, I don't understand how such discussions translate into justification for a company to be in a two week long TH... I always thought discussions, including discussions with new investors, occur as regular course of business but are only deemed 'Market Sensitive' once an outcome had been reached. So does that mean the very fact that the discussions are taking place is material? How does that work?
If this practice was applied across the board, companies would have to halt while in discussions... Maybe I am echoing Pears argument here...
