This crew are like no other, well like a few related parties but this crew keeps serving it up. Off the back of what is essentially a "commercial well and increase in field volume" they give away equity. You can not tell me these are the best terms available. $400k premium on the debt plus 10% and 66M options in the money in 2 weeks.
