Thanks for this computation. It gives some perspective of what is needed to stop this "low-ball" merger.

My thoughts on this:
I think this is the last thing they contemplated or want to do in fear of their collusion (at expense of SHs)being exposed for all to see.
So whereto from here?
Is there a chance that someone on here can create some sort of spreadsheet (?) where posters and DTE shareholders could indicate their support/rejection of the proposed "merger" together their sharehoding. If we start pushing the issue now, itmay well gain sufficient support comes voting time.
If there is a chance to get rid of this so-called "board" and to de-rail their colluded schemes because of the way that they have blindsided the shareholders, then it is worth going the length and trouble to achieve this. It is time that the "small people" be heard and adhered to.
