1. On various threads relating to IO on HC people keep saying that the mood in IO is dim. I think that the fact that current lower IO prices hit IO miners so hard might be actually the result of a targeted actions from potential buyers. Push the prices down as much as possible and then T.O. chip stocks.
2. Mind you recent TO for Aquila:

If the IO business future was so bad then would anyone spend so much money on a T.O. offer ? And Aquila is not a stanout in Aus IO world.
3. ARI is not a good stock but their debt level is still scary.
