Interesting snippet re the BBI IPO from Twin.

IPO is due 2nd quarter 2014.
I wonder if they have found a little biotech company that they cannot do without and might like to make a little offer for all or part of the technology.
Also interesting that Ferghana has been appointed at a time when the IPO and negotiations with BBI are coming to a crescendo.
Add to that, the early conversion of options.
All interesting timing.
