I am relatively new to this site and want to learn more about investing in companies I don't know that well, so I have two or three questions:

QUESTION: can i ask how the cheapness is calculated for this sort of company, given it doesn't pay dividends, as you said. do you have a valuation technique for estimating the value of the company?

QUESTION: i'm not sure how this manipulation physically happens. can someone tell me (in very simple terms)? and is there somewhere that I can see it being demonstrated?
