It surprises me that such a positive announcement has not led to any discussion here whatsoever. Perhaps people have been put off by the fact that the Hepafat clinical trial in Australia and the subsequent trial(s) in the USA are not yet signed contracts. However, I don't think the company would make a statement like this unless a contract was extremely likely and close to finalisation. They would also have wanted it to help the CR, I expect.
It will be interesting to see what happens when the market opens in about half an hour.
