Just curious.
With JEB Holdings being the trustee of the Edwards Family Superannuation Fund, which is a SMSF (simple abn lookup search), wouldn't the off-market transfer of shares be JEB Holdings Pty Ltd paying superannuation into the SMSF?
Off market transfers into SMSF's are legitimate transfers and this is the right time of year to be reducing your tax liabilities for 2014.
If this is the case, then surely this is a positive news.
