Interesting comment that Nexus had hired them and is therefore presumably paying for the cost of this. Who asked them to do this, DV? If so then who is currently really controlling this company and do we have shadow directors? One might be tempted to complain to the regulator if you really believe that ot would regulate!
Why should NXS be squandering our funds in this fashion when it is arguably for the bidders benefit? This stinks in my opinion and I think we should swamp Nexus with emails objectiong to using company funds in this way! Holders feedback would be appreciated.
