In reality, MAD's share price has nothing to do with the share market giving and taking. More to do with the performance of the company. That significant announcement in late Jan 2012 - reserves upgrade and production milestone of 1,000bopd - created an expectation of blue skies ahead. We were all excited. Unfortunately, 2 and a bit years on, production is not much higher despite 60-70 wells drilled and operational costs have been increasing. Not surprising that the share price is back to pre Jan 2012 levels.
