I am a braggart - but i told my very good cyber friend stevo at the very time this deal was announced they wouldn't go ahead with it...money ain't worth it in the middle of a hostile location with players ( Governments) that change the rules as they please.
Imagine spending billions on pipelines etc for them to be at the whim of an Iraqi bomb?
There is always a huge tick for Internationale players for our and inept incompetent Government/s that at least provide stability of process; you can argue whether it is right or wrong that process but it is pretty well defined!
