To say they will continue to hold 10 mil is likely unfortunate phrasing. It is entirely ambiguous despite assumptions

We wont see the notice for this sale if it is them because they're insubstantial now. FOsters are certainly not going to dump into Daniel Loeb at 85 cents after calling it right for so long either
