Indeed, God loves us so much that he relieves the pain of ALL cancer sufferers who pray to him. Not!
It is only man's scientific intervention that relieves the pain through morphine. God does absolutely nothing to relieve man's suffering. And he is supposed to love us! There can only be two conclusions. Either God doesn't exist or, if he does, he is an evil god who says he loves us but lies.
