So MAC3 you are saying they aim was to create fear in buyer's mind - means they have succeeded in their game plan (no body is buying even we know it's a bargain at current price) - but question is still there why are they selling???
- they already know the outcome
- they came in just to destroy this company
- they got stuck badly at their other investments
- they are waiting till ordinary holders give up and sell ...?????
