They get more hope from the people who love and care for them than any invisible deity, it would seem.
Yes there is no hope for them. And in my opinion God doesnt necessarily shower us with love. That is what I am getting at, God doesnt love us. He doesnt like sin, unfortunates born with disabilities or at the wrong time or place face suffering and early death. That said for the rest of us it would probably go better for us if we heeded morality and a righteous life style.
