    kenpitt, both Labor and Hockey's figures include interest.

    The difference is in the spending of each of them.

    The $15.4b isn't a huge difference (between the two partys) over this term of government when you consider $8.8b was given to the RBA, but it is still an increase on a promise of doing better than Labor.

    Unfortunately the numbers don't support the claim by Abbott that they would do better than Labor.

    Abbott's promises has made Hockey's job almost impossible, and has put the Libs at a disadvantage in any future elections.
