2012 Labor budget said they would spend $376 Billion
2013 Labor budget said they would spend $398 Billion
Actual spend from that 2013 budget is $415 billion
Thus labours last budget ended up increasing spend by $39 Billion
The Lib budget for 2014 has spend of $415 Billion. i.e. NO INCREASE on the Labor number.
That means the Libs have done better by $39 Billion!!!
