zzedzz, the figures I used were from the PEFO (which are Labor's most recent figures), the other figures are from Hockey's budget just released (which are the Libs most recent figures).
The extra spending in the current budget includes things like Hockey's $8.8b to the RBA (as mentioned in the previous post).

$396.6 - $410.7 = +$14.1b
2014-15
$411.2 - $412.5 = +$1.3b
2015-16
$424.8 - $424.2 = -$0.6b
2016-17
$443.3 - $443.9 = +$0.6b
