However the spot price is a considerable factor. So will PEN be able to negotiate a good deal with a utility while we wait for Japan to restart a few of their reactors? If not, then the current frailty of SP will continue.
Guess after four years of this crap and Fukushima legacy dragging on, I've lost some enthusiasm - short term, or until the next milestone is announced. Am still in but have also started getting excited about zinc - no Fukushima!
Just don't like things being out of PEN's control.
Then big fellas of BR, Areva and JP Morgan don't seem to mind ;)
