Seems oddly pessimistic to assume this is anything other than an announcement regarding Woojin.
I put this as a 99.99999% odds that this relates to an agreement with Woojin.
Odds are it is good news. Why? The TH has come early and the peak in trading before TH. I would assume that a 'no' decision would take all of the allocated 60days to ensure the right call is made, then a TH for a formal response. A 'yes' decision can happen as soon as you scratch just under the surface at Mt Peake. Do you really need to think more after you've decided something is worth investing in?
My money is on good news. The only potential negative is that the agreement is highly conditional and does not offer any concrete figures at this time until the completion of the DFS.
We'll see Monday.
