By the time this half baked management get their act together, a lot of other companies will have increased or started production. Admire your faith, but I think it is misplaced. Talk of meetings with the Chinese is just that - talk. However many times you repeat GS's story does not mean it is going to make Oakajee happen and without a Port that huge resource will stay where it is today - in the ground.
