Numbers you still banging on about how there will be no dilution??
Tell me if I had 100000 shares and owned x% of a company and a few more million shares were to be added to the register and the only way I could still retain x% of the company was to add additional funds.
Please explain to me how my original holding hasn't been diluted??
Forget the fact it's only working capital and could be diminished in a few months.
The only way there can be no dilution is if I don't have to add any more funds and my % of holding remains the same?
