    I think the probabilty of them returning is in the range 0.3-0.4.

    But the probability of a realistic offer might be a different matter as POSCO / Noble had a vastly differing view on future io prices last time around.

    If they are offering below $1.70/ share, I would say they will get the same cold reaction from Chairman Smedley.

    Got to be closer to $1.90-$2.00 to be realistic offer.
