The potential concern for NWE and holders will be tax selling.
Consider that NWE is probably going nowhere for a while.
Consider the rest of the market has gone somewhere.
Consider a lot will have made gains elsewhere and could offset those gains by selling NWE without much concern of missing the boat....assuming you were still interested......
