If there is a rights or entitlement issue, if you don't take up your rights/entitlement, you are diluted.
If you're a smaller holder, you can increase your proportional holding in the company via and SPP, compared to larger holder who has the ability to subscribe to the same $15,000.
* take up your rights / entitlement = no dilution
* don't take up your rights / entitlement = dilution
* large holder who takes up SPP = dilution
* small holder who takes up SPP = increases proportional % in company
