Continuing from our conversation, can someone clarify whether shares can be issued before an appendix 3B has been released? Are there any rules regarding this subject?
Condor Blanco (recently suspended for other reasons) have done this on numerous occasions, often recipients selling into news then releasing a 3B a day or two later. Example below - there are other examples if you wish for me to highlight them.
17th April announcement - Hard coking coal agreement/debt document 22nd April - appendix 3B (date of entering securities 17th April)
The share price opened at 1.9c on 17th April and closed at 1.5c and down to 1.3c when the 3B was released on 22nd.
Surely this behaviour is unethical and it has happened on numerous occasions.
