I navigated the NBT webpage and I found the letter from that shareholder that was sent in to the Board, Deloitte, the ASIC and to other entities.
What a good presentation letter it was.
Congratulations to whoever it was that wrote it.
I hope that those entities will sit up and take full notice of it and act accordingly.
Although I believe that Deloitte will find excuses to support their IER.
