Seeing as you asked so nicely SuperMan ... Sounds like Discussions are stuck between a rock and a hard place. Test fracking this year appears very doubtful I'm afraid, unless the company changes name. No solace in articles above, non committal and increasing risk of stranded asset IMO. Why don't you go to the Agm and ask KW how discussions are progressing? I am sure that they will announce that discussions are progressing. Any TO approvals for new seismic? Another sticking point. But ... Negotiations are progressing! Actually negotiations have progressed so far they are now discussions!
