It's the start of a very powerful future competitor! Not good news IMO. It's aligning itself with TPDC to form a national oil company by the sounds of it . I assume after seeing lucrative farm outs occurring they must just think why give acreage away to foreigners when we can do that... Hire some oiler experts for our company whilst locking in the most prospective areas. Memgi has the clout to lock up the majority of Tanzanian prime acreage via TPDC. Doesn't herald good things to me bwana.
