ausheds, it is dead easy for Lynas to tell the whole story. If the front end of Phase 1 WAS operating at "nameplate", then they could say that. Or even 11ktpa.
All the pencil pushing holders would be well advised to call the company and ask some questions, instead of hypothesising. THEN we can talk about potential CoP impacts.
