    Nonsense Moseley you havent understood my post at all.

    It seems to me that Heathgate are SAYING OR CONCEDING THEY DIDNT KEEP AGS INFORMED OF PROSPECTIVITY LEADING UP TO THE EXTENTION. They dont think it is relevant because:

    !. THEY DONT HAVE A DUTY TO INFORM AGS UNDER THE JV THEY HAD.

    2. HAD AGS KNOWN HOW PROSPECTIVE THE AREA WAS THEY WOULD STILL HAVE RENEWED THE JV.
