That is my experience as well. I spoke to a couple of the scrap dealers and the upshot is that they cant get their hands on nearly as much as they were getting a couple of years ago.

To back that up just think how many adds and how many gold buyer kiosks there were a couple of years ago and how many adds you see for it now. They haven't been able to get a hold of enough scrap to make it worthwhile.
