Laurel farm out before to reduce risk. 40% ?, 30% buru, 30% mitsubishi was a goldilocks number he stated- 30%. Obviously these % are just tentative numbers being negotiated.
TO's Not a quote- my wording based on our conversation and his sentiment.
He is still negotiating in good faith, and only he knows when to draw the line and when to continue without support of the remaining minority group. There is only so much he can offer.
But he firmly indicated that there must be a time, when Buru must move forward and do so knowing they did as much as they could.

We need to respect these TO negotiations and under no circumstances quote me. My posts are purely my interpretation of events, unless I have included "quotation" marks to illustrate exact words I witnessed.
