While accusing me of lying you could have done the courtesy of referencing your source. In relation to the GBRMPA and noting that it is under new management, this what I found:

"The first chairman of the Great Barrier Reef Marine Park Authority (GBRMPA) has criticised its decision to allow dredge spoil to be dumped inside the world heritage area off Queensland."

    http://www.abc.net.au/news/2014-02-06/former-gbrmpa-chairman-dumps-on-dredge-decision/5244246

    And this from Getup:

"... The Great Barrier Reef Marine Park Authority (GBRMPA) still has to issue a permit to allow the dumping to occur in the Marine Park. They have said they will make a decision within ten days.
Minister Hunt has approved the project without even knowing where the dumping will occur. Without knowing where the dump site is, there is no way the environmental impact on the Reef and its fragile ecosystem can be accurately assessed. ..."

As for approving coal mines in the Galilee Basin:

"... The Queensland Government has signed off on a $16 billion coal development in the Galilee Basin in the state's central region that could become the largest coalmine in Australia. ..."
