    That is why AGS's legal team have not considered compensation. They aren't looking to be compensated. They are looking for restitution.

    Restitution: The act of returning to the rightful owner something that has been taken away, lost or surrendered.

    Looks like AGS will only accept the JV being torn up if it goes to trial.
