The last time Wharf paid anything was for any cash call before the cash call "10" dated 13th June 2012, that is nothing for over 2 years!
There is a possibility that Wharf "may" default on the legal costs, that is why a single total sum due is what has been applied for.
I certainly hope they pay up and end this sorry saga.
If they don't then the 10% holding might come into play.
