China's specific goals are to implement policies in the next four years which require many times more platinum and palladium than current consumption.The Merensky reef which will be initially targeted has a higher proportion of Palladium (32% Palladium) which is in line with China's largest requirement. Not just Zinjin, but China and China's suffering city population needs this deal.

Agree that Zinjin have an incentive not to muck around once this procedural delay is over. Easier to guess Zinjin's action timeline than the length of the "procedural delay" caused by Genorah's self interests.
