Do you know what the next step could be and what could happen as a result.??

I won't say it but, if you know a Lawyer with knowledge of these sort of things, and/or even a good Corporation Accountant, IMO you should ask them to go out for coffee with you and ask their opinion about what WEG could do if we were to push them too hard.

Not very pleasant IMO, rest assured!!

IMO, until I can see that it is all over and done, and that they will have left the scene altogether with their name disappearing altogether from the share register as well, I will still be concerned and worried about it.

You can see what they have being able to do to us in the past.... And they came back to us even stronger than what they were in the first place.

In the meantime, the Lawyers clock will continue to be ticking away.
