At yr leisure, here's a link on how the original tenement holders have calc'd their fair share of the ORRI fro 315. Similar ORRI rate applied for WA482 (1.5%) & Longtom (1.5-2.5%.

1.5% for the first 5yrs & then 2% for 15yr period using a 5% depletion rate for 3.29 Tcf gas with a 31 bbls/mmcf CGR.

Note that Liberty's 1.5% has reduced to 1.09% as they gave the rest to Phoenix who merged last year with Torrens Energy which is why we had that 19th May update from HPR here.

Mind boggling numbers (for a future revenue scenario). U can drop these in excel & create a new sheet for KAR's 40% share & any ORRI scenario for whatever Bob&Co can negotiate.
