Surely they are not stalling for time till after PHAROS is drilled so the operator can have a stab at a definitive resource for Poseidon?
It would make weird sense though as it's a lot easier trying to flog it off to "interested parties."
I mean would anyone take up a position in a project this far advanced with still no inkling of what size resource it has?
Oh dear looks like we have another week of conjecture and bleating ahead....sigh.
