I do wonder how many shares pattersons will get and dump straight away if the SPP is not fully subscribed.

What they give us as guidance usually will turn out to be less or incomplete as to the "Real Issues" affecting the company but of course this particular CR is different they are, in Lynas speak, 99% away from cashflow neutral.
So in in true reality they are still losing money but phrase their guidance so as to disguise this fact.
