"why would anyone sell"......Bob that would probably be because :

* newbies to RHT like me have suffered drop in value over 55% in 5 months,
*the 61% fib. retracement at 5.3c hasn't held
* no apparent underlying support (/yet?)
* directors didn't manage the share spike/re-rate well enough; in hindsight they had all the time in the world in Dec/Jan leading up to and after the FDA ann.and instead made a great preso along with the CR ann.some months later in APRIL. If they needed $5m then they should have realised well before hand when the Dec cash on hand was $0.7m. The great preso and CR should have been doen a lot earlier
