My reading is different.
Folks that follow the stock know the CFO role/title has been vacant for quite some time so this decision wasn't rushed.
This seems an internal promotion to a staffer that has been there and done the job.
Seems they have made a patient and well thought through decision free of knee-jerk reactions.
I don't see the 'revolving door' in this situation.
