I obviously didn't go to trading school - T+3 traders? What is that referring to? I understand that you trade and it settles after three days ie my account is credited or debited after three days. Why does this mean I have to sell on day three? I can buy and then sell the same amount as quickly as I can push the buttons... Hence the term 'day trader'? A wad of shares got bought after the announcement and now a few have been sold off for a tidy profit. Anyone care to enlighten me?
