I would imagine that companies know the head winds re their investment and prospective procedure of works.
Issues related to the environment , government policy and corruption are well known. and expect that these are numbers are slotted in to the evaluation of their decision making process. even they can change at any time.

but good to keep updates on who is doing what that might have an affect on any outcomes.
