I think part of the problem with that is anyone with a large holding wanting to sell would tank the SP. there are not many buyers (only 112k shares turnover today) so anyone with a few mil shares hasn't got much hope of offloading. My opinion only but I wouldn't mind betting that if nothing happens with the spill motion or return of capital the company will simply wallow around for the next few years (same as it seems to have done for the past year) and burn up all the capital till there is nothing left anyway
