dolphin, seems to me that this announcement is concerned with the second tranche of placement shares but it looks like there might have been huge demand for the stock and the company might have decided to raise a few more million at the same price.
It's a vote of confidence and shows the huge appetite for this high leveraged drill.

I see any weakness in SP being met with decent buying especially in the UK. These tranche 2 shares aren't due to be allotted until after the AGM on the 12th June.
